I get asked a lot of questions when it comes to our Victoria BC kitchen renovations. Man people want to know how our process works. This blog post will cover how I work when it come to remodeling your kitchen..
After gathering enough information from the client I'm able to create a realistic time table for them and the sub contractors so everyone knows when to start and finish. We first go in and demo, removing cabinets, flooring, lights, appliances and maybe walls. This phase usually takes two days at most and then the rebuilding can begin. As a general rule though, we need about three weeks from start to finish and a lot of that time is spent on the small details like tile setting, trim and painting.
Finally, prospective clients want to feel comfortable hiring Steve Burgess and Toolbox Renovations to invade their space and produce the right finished product. So to that end I treat them will respect and feel grateful they've called me in the first place. I assure them that as a fully qualified journeyman carpenter with over 20 years experience I can confidently handle their job and I back that up with many website testimonials as well as a printed list of former clients that they're able to contact at will. Finally, because we carry 5 million dollars liability insurance and WCB the homeowner is fully protected while we're on the job.
But wait there's more! Our workmanship is guaranteed for a full year after completion so should any problems arise we're just a phone call or email away.
